The precinct is home to research organisations, medical facilities, advanced manufacturing and educational organisations and has significant potential as an employment, technology and educational hub. It comprises 775 hectares of predominantly greenfield land for mixed-use city development. Development here will take pressure off Melbourne’s infrastructure and provide opportunities for the more than a half a million residents projected to be living in Wyndham by 2040.
LeadWest will work with Wyndham City Council to progress the development of the East Werribee Employment Precinct.
