2020 in review

Over the year 2020, the focus for LeadWest was on the following:

• Transitioning from a company structure to a special committee of Council to an advisory committee of Council and preparing for a further change to a joint delegated committee.

• Developing the LeadWest Strategic Plan 2020-2030

• Developing the Four Year Rolling Implementation Plan

• Working as part of the North West Melbourne Alliance to develop, launch and advocate for the North & West Melbourne City Deal Plan 2020-2040
